What does Micro Innovation do?
We provide next-gen IT solutions for businesses, hardware, software, IT services, and on-prem AI. From a single computer to a distributed network, we handle the technology that keeps your business safe, secure, and productive.
Where are you located and who do you serve?
We are a local company based at 6081 Hamilton Blvd, Suite 600 in Allentown, PA. We primarily serve businesses across the Lehigh Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Hardware & Software
What hardware do you provide?
We work with the best providers, including Dell, Synology, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Rosslare, and Tripp Lite, and offer our own Micro-RtR line of routers. Every product is tested in-house before we offer it to customers.
Can you help with software too?
Yes. We help with everything from office applications to CRM programs, pairing our hardware with cutting-edge software to guarantee maximum uptime and performance.
Do you support our existing systems?
Absolutely. We assess what you have, maintain and monitor it, and recommend improvements only where they genuinely help your business.
IT Services
What do your IT services cover?
From system design and installation to configuration and ongoing maintenance, we cover maintenance, consultations, cloud, infrastructure, monitoring, hosting, storage, and communications.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. We provide 24 Hour Emergency Service, so critical issues get attention when every second counts, not just during business hours.
What are your hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with 24-hour emergency service available when you need it.
Artificial Intelligence
How much does on-prem AI cost?
On-Prem packages start from $60K, the Private Vault starts from $5k/mo, and Shared AI starts at $999/mo. We help you choose the tier that fits your goals and budget.
Is my data kept private?
That is the whole point. With on-prem and Private Vault deployments, custom models run on Nvidia GPUs in your own private vault, so you know exactly who has access to your models and data.
Who do you partner with for AI?
We have partnered with GoCharlie and Noozy.ai to deliver proven, on-premise AI applications with custom models running on dedicated Nvidia GPU hardware.
